What a typical day looks like:

• Assembly Manufacturing Development

• Product Manufacturing Process Mapping

• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Automation (DFA) Review

• PFMEA Driver

• Development of Suitable Assembly and Automation Solutions to Align with Site Requirements

• Development of Robust and Cost-Effective Manufacturing Fixtures

• Integration of Flex System (ERP/MES) and Digitalization for New Product Development

•  (FAT/SAT) Verification of Custom-Made Equipment

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and development environments

• Ability to efficiently work in a fast-moving multi-site / multi geography environments

• To be both a team leader and an individual contributor

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in the assembly and testing processes of power products

• Proficient in the field of Manufacturing Automation solutions

• Knowledge of manufacturing process control digitalization setup will be advantageous

• Experience in fixtures design and materials selection

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree, major in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in NPI/Industrialization.
