Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Training Supervisor, the Operations Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for the assigned client group(s). This includes operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.

Work Shift: 8:00am – 5pm | Monday - Friday

What a typical day looks like:

  • Support the site in meeting the competence, training, and awareness requirements in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21CFR820.
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices.
  • Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
  • Conduct ON-boarding and TWI (Training within Industry) training.
  • Present Factory overview ppts.
  • Can complete training system configurations.
  • Proficient in data entry and generation of training reports  
  • Attain Agile Access through completion of required training
  • Attain and become familiar with Quality Document Management System (QDMS) and learn how to download and pre-populate documentation from QDMS as required. QDMS
  • Meet with Operations Supervisors (per factory) and discuss OJT Training requirements (stations / cells) for Operators, ensure all shifts covered.
  • Monitors and follows-up on certification and re-certification activities such as on the job training certificates (OJT), and update OJT tracker daily.
