Job Summary.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Materials Analyst located in Suzhou SIP.

What a typical day looks like:
- Support cross functions' ERP/LN system execution (SBM, CSCM, Buyer, Planner, Warehouse, Quality and Engineering etc.), trouble shooting and guidance.
- Take ownership to work with site IT and global IT, prepare Spec for new requirements and developing related ERP/local workflows.
- Study and test system functions, work out training document and train all users to be knowledgeable for implementation and daily execution.
- Work with Asia SME, global champion, and global solution team for PDLC and UAT LN Tasks.
- Act as auditor for materials' processes and execution, driving efficiency and compliance.
- Support business team for Customer, ARMS, Medical and FDA audits.
- Be the expert responsible to drive buyer and supplier on E-commerce (EDI/FSP) implementation, PO Automation %.
- Drive cross-functional teams to improve KPI and review with users / Flex global & regional team.
- Enhance existing system functions to better support business.
- Optimize procurement related processes and keep updating.
- System knowledge training and certification for end users.
- System master data tracking and analysis.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than 2 years working experience in materials purchasing, planning or related functions.
- Knowledgeable in supply chain management.
- Good communication and presentation skill, fluent English in both written and oral.
- Familiar with ERP/MRP system operation.
- Proficient in Office software.
- Team Spirit and Stability.
