To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Flex Changsha.

What a typical day looks like:

• 1. Responsible for setting process flow and process parameters. 负责设置工艺流程和工艺参数。
• 2. Responsible for analyzing and improving process issues. 负责分析和改进流程问题。
• 3. Responsible for drawing up SOP,WI and PFMEA etc. process documents. 负责起草SOP、WI、PFMEA等工艺文件。
• 4. Responsible for releasing new BOM and ECO. 负责发布新的BOM和ECO。
• 5. Responsible for designing, buyoff and maintaining stencil and fixture. 负责钢网和夹具的设计、验收和维护。
• 6. Responsible for packing design and drawing up packing specification. 负责包装设计，制定包装规范。
• 7. Responsible for introducing new process and new IDM etc. 负责引进新工艺、新IDM等。
• 8. Basic knowledges in both SMT (SMED) and SWS preferred. 同时具备SMT(快速换线)，SWS选焊工艺基础知识者优先。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 1. College or above degree. Major in Electronics/Electrical/Automation/Telecommunication Engineering. 大专以上学历。 电子/电气/自动化/电信工程专业。
• 2. Knowledgeable to electronic product quality and reliability requirement, and related legislation requirement. 熟悉电子产品质量和可靠性要求，以及相关法规要求。
• 3. Be familiar with ICT device/consumer electronics hardware testing, system bring-up and design validation. 熟悉ICT设备/消费电子硬件测试、系统调试和设计验证。
• 4. Strong hands-on skills of reliability, system, EMC, and safety test. 具有较强的可靠性、系统、EMC、安规测试的动手能力。
• 5. Skills of analyzing and documenting test results. 分析和记录测试结果的技能。
• 6. Have good experience in debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis investigation. 具有良好的调试、故障排除、故障分析排查经验。
• 7. Team work and collaboration sense. 团队精神和协作意识。
• 8. Fluent English both reading and writing skills. 英文读写流畅。

Preference will be given to those with the following experience.

• 1. Experience in automotive electronics汽车电子相关经验
• 2. Experience with ICT Keysight 3070 and flying probe testing Takgya ATP 1400 拥有 ICT Keysight 3070 和飞针测试 Takgya ATP 1400 的经验
• 3. Six Sigma GB/BB is plus六西格码 GB/BB 是加分项
