Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Junior Engineer - Quality in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection and Process evaluation
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
• Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Building big data collection and analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights
• Analyzing data sources and proposing solutions to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis
• Providing data-driven decision support
• Leverages data analytics and statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• knowledge in Electronic Assembly:  color code, component, schematics. May require various PCB operations. 
• Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools
• Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations.
