Job Details
• Position / Specialty: OR RN CHARGE
• Shift: 3X12 7:30-19:00
• Ratios: 1:1
• Years of experience REQ: 2 Years & 3 MONTHS CHARGE EXPERIENCE
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• Weekend REQ: As needed, usually every 3rd weekend
• On-Call REQ: NO CALL
• Floating Requirements: No
• Blocked Scheduling: Yes
• Locals accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval Required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment
• Special Requirements: Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.
• Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).
• Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
