- TRAVELER CAN REQUEST ONE HOLIDAY OFF
- TRAVELER MUST END IN JANUARY OR BEYOND
- IF TRAVELER WOULD LIKE TO SIGN FOR 13 WEEKS AND NOT COVER THE HOLIDAYS, THE BR WILL BE $115
- Shift: 4X10s DAYS 630AM-5PM

- Weekend REQ:As needed
- Floating Requirements: Traveler must be okay to float to the Main OR when no CVOR cases are scheduled.
- Blocked Scheduling: No
- Locals accepted: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
- Special Requirements: CVOR will also cover vascular. Vascular call will be included within CVOR call.
- CVOR RN must have OR experience
- All employees are expected to adhere to the quality and patient safety standards established by the facility such as medication administration (BCMA)

- The facility's preference is individuals who are willing to help train their core staff and be helping hands where needed.
