Professional Services Ops Specialist

The PS Operations Specialist, Sr provides support of our PS management and delivery teams from quote to revenue recognition and acts as a backup to other team members. Works to improve processes and policies to drive revenue and margins for PS.

What you will be doing:

• Confers with customers via web portal and email to diagnose technical and/or system problems and troubleshoot, repair and test solutions.
• Assists with training and operation of Epicor systems, tools, reporting, and approvals.
• May assist with leading small projects and other team member tasks.
• Compiles data and assists with analytics.
• Assists with business requirements used for design, improvement and configuration of systems and assists in creating policy, process and programs to support Professional Services growth strategies.
• Works with and assists the Resource Manager with requests, resourcing, scheduling and follow up as needed.
• Works cross functionally with other teams including Sales, Finance, Sales operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT and Dev. to resolve issues and ensure smooth outcomes, flows and excellence in customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Participates in the quoting process to provide accurate document output, correct pricing and margins, approvals and corrections to PS related data.
• Processes PS billing items as needed.
• Trains and executes on other tasks, activities and processes that become owned by Prof. Services at anyinterval
