Requirements:

• OR License
• 1 year of CVICU experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• 2 years CVICU experience preferred
• CCRN preferred
• NIH preferred
• BSN preferred

Patient populations include: complex cardiac and vascular patients, advanced heart failure, cardiology, cardiac surgery, heart valve replacement (including TMVR, TAVR, TTVR), adult congenital heart population, ventricular assist device (VAD), heart transplantation, vascular surgery, ENT, plastics, ortho, OB-GYN, and urology.
1. Traveler must work two out of the three Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)2. A maximum of seven RTO days will be approved.3. All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission.4. A maximum of three weeks is allowed between contracts.
