Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

On call required (up to 8 weeknights and 4 24 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule), holidays as needed

Requirements:

• MD License
• 2 year experience in specialty
• Must Have Active ARRT
• RCIS required
• BLS
• Travel experience is highly preferred

• Facility will accept locals for this position
• COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted
• Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1 in lab; 2:1 in CVPR.
• Circulate/Scrub as applicable: both.
• Patient Population (Diagnoses): STEMI, cardiac disease, ACS, Pericardial effusion, Angina, Renal disease (permcaths and nephrostomy tubes), dysphagia (Gtube), PVD/PAD. Ventilators: Type; ABG: Type) IV pumps. IV pumps, c-arm/table, xray equipment, invasive monitoring, mac lab, IABP, ventilators, POC testing. Unit Specific Procedures and Protocols: Drips, infusions, phlebotomy, IV therapy, EKG, transport, access site care, patient education, management of IABP, temporary pacers. Documentation System: epic/mac lab.
