You will lead the Nation's premier gateway to space for National Security, Civil and Commercial payloads into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. ENSCO Inc. is seeking a Project Support Team Lead.  In this role the successful candidate will work closely with the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) team to provide the planning, integration, and execution of a variety of project deliverables. 

Duties will include: 
•    Project Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team by coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure team is aligned on tasks, goals, and deadlines. 
•    Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation to include, but not limited to meeting minutes, status reports, and project deliverables. 
•    Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives. 
•    Task Tracking and Follow-up: Keep track of all assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure team members complete them in accordance with set timelines. 

 

Qualifications

•    Experience using project management skills such as Team Share, JIRA, and Confluence.
•    Experience with military rank, protocol, and culture.
•    Experience with configuration and data management.
•    TS/SCI Clearance.

Requirements

•    BS degree in engineering or related field with 3 years of experience or 8+ years of DoD program management experience in lieu of BS degree.
•    Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
•    Ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret complex data to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights. 
•    Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects while adhering to set cost, schedule, and performance parameters. 
•    Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to improve program performance. 
•    Willingness to learn new skills that help grow themselves and the company by developing new, innovative solutions to the hardest problems in our field.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying findings, recommendations and reports to stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Ability to ensure accuracy and precision when analyzing data, reviewing documents, and managing program information. 
•    Experience in working with diverse teams, including external partners, to meet program goals. 
•    Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking to monitor project costs and ensure alignment to financial goals. 
•    Flexibility in handling changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving program requirements. 
•    Ability to contribute to long-term planning for the program. 
•    ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
