Job Summary: Responsible for overall operation of the Junior Volunteer Program, and support the Director of Volunteer & Guest Reception Services

Department: Volunteer & Guest Reception Services
Location: Englewood, NJ
Status:  Full-time
Shift:  8 hour Days
Hours:  10am - 6pm

Job Essentials:

• Provides training and assists with computer sign-in/out, uniforms, meal tickets, and serves as a resource for general information. Enforces dress code.
• Addresses complaints, problem solving and handles emergency situations.
• Processes applications and all required documentation for the Adult and Junior Volunteers
• Conducts interviews and assists with Volunteer Orientation when needed.
• Maintains schedules for the Adult and Junior Volunteers
• Oversees and organizes the Junior Volunteers in the Courtesy Area
• Maintains monthly reports for the Volunteer Services Committee as well as monthly
• Maintains monthly and annual volunteer recognition events.
• Oversees the maintenance of Voltrak software including the monthly transfers.
• Serves as a liaison between Benan Systems and the Medical Center. In keeping with Service Excellence, models standards and discusses and enforces Standards for Service Excellence with the Volunteers.
• Provides support to Patient Relations.
