Exciting Opportunity at EECU: Financial Center Consultant II (Banker) 

EECU is seeking a dynamic Financial Center Consultant II who can bring energy and excitement to our team by offering the right solutions and products to our members. At EECU, delivering excellence in service starts with understanding our members' needs. As a Financial Center Consultant II, you will support members with our products and services, conducting consultative selling sessions and performing financial profiles to identify opportunities for relationship expansion. You will primarily focus on platform functions, including opening new accounts and loan production. We are looking for someone who takes pride in representing EECU and finds great satisfaction in creating lifelong members by building sincere relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create enthusiasm around EECU products and services while providing the right solutions to meet members' needs.
  • Conduct consultative selling sessions and perform financial profiles on members to identify opportunities for relationship expansion.
  • Open new accounts and produce consumer and business loans, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Deliver a complete service and sales experience for members, consistently exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • Perform a wide variety of member service functions, including resolving operational issues and providing guidance on EECU's products and services.
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling and referral activities to maximize opportunities within the branch.

Key Qualifications for Financial Center Consultant II:

  • Proven Achievement: Demonstrated success in loan production and achieving sales goals.
  • Cross-Selling Skills: Strong cross-selling and referral skills are highly preferred.
  • Member Experience: Ability to deliver excellent member experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Skills: Proficient in opening business and consumer loans/accounts and resolving operational issues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Relevant computer skills, solid math skills, and strong written communication abilities.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish.
  • All candidates must be able to pass background screenings to be hired.

Location:

  • Multiple locations available including Arlington and Hulen.

Schedule Availability:

  • Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 6:15 pm, and Saturdays from 8:45 am to 1:30 pm.
