Position: RN - Admissions Nurse
Shift: 10am-6:30pm
Status: Full-Time

As the admissions nurse, you will be responsible for:
+ coordinating new patient admissions and readmissions
+ coordinating transfers and discharges
+ assisting with MDS assessments and other routine documentation
+ completing assessments of patients with acute illnesses
+ coordinating physician and family notification
+ assisting with order completion.
+ on-call responsibilities
+ other duties necessary to provide support and contribute to strong teamwork
Required Qualifications:
+ current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
+ degree from an accredited school of nursing
+ working every other weekend and every other holiday is required

*Full-time: 30+ hours per week
Part-time: 20-29 hours per week
