The Creative Project Manager role is responsible for the management and delivery of DGMN creative and for serving as the Ops lead of internal creative processes and needs to support and scale the DGMN's business, with a focus on our Digital offerings across our site and app.
Job Details:- Act as project manager for DGMN's creative projects for our Digital offerings, ensuring smooth execution of creative needs for client campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and DGMN's creative studio to develop, document and execute new processes/ways of working designed to drive creative efficiencies, reduce roadblocks and deliver client (internal and external) satisfaction for our Digital offerings
- Support and steward processes and ensure smooth handoffs and an efficient creative workstreams for DG Media Network and Digital teams
- Interface directly with clients to serve as creative strategist and ensure creative needs and deliverables are met
- Ensure client enablement, resources, and tools are in place for ideal ways of working
- Shepard a ‘client focused' and ‘one team' culture, balancing client needs with organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Retail Media Network experience is preferred; digital media, CPG, agency experience is a bonus
- 1-3 years of project management experience in an agency or in-house creative team, working on a cross functional team with both internal and external relationships
