**Job Title: Celebrations Coordinator**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Celebrations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing celebrations and events that create memorable experiences for our clients. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through thoughtful planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan celebrations, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other special occasions.
- Develop event timelines and budgets, ensuring all events are executed within budget and on schedule.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, including catering, venues, entertainment, and equipment rental.
- Design and create themed decorations, materials, and layouts that align with the client's vision.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure a seamless execution of events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather client feedback for future improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, event planning best practices, and innovative ideas to enhance client experiences.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a celebrations-focused role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during planning and execution.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools (e.g., project management software, budgeting tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.
