Responsibilities:
The 3-11 RN Wellness Nurse will be responsible for working collaboratively with the wellness team, health care supervision and coordination of the staff in order to achieve optimal clinical, and quality of life outcomes; will work with all staff to create and implement a collaborative plan of care; will perform on going monitoring of the plan of care to evaluate effectiveness; will adhere to nursing guidelines, clinical protocols, company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be licensed to work in the state of Delaware as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care a plus but not required
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve and work effectively with people.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, families, as well as residents we care for.
