**Responsibilities**

The Specialist, Consumer Experience will support our Post Acute care setting in the development of and support of a service recovery program. They will partner with community level Post-Acute leaders to instill a culture of recovering fast and well and use data insights to drive continuous experience improvement. This individual will maintain a forward-looking and proactive approach, anticipating needs and addressing challenges well in advance, and demonstrate developed communication and collaboration skills.

Provide service recovery support to consumers and patients.

Guide the communication and investigation for complaints and grievances. Document, respond, or escalate in a manner that meets service levels to achieve improved satisfaction.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement service recovery initiatives and/or training.

Participate in committees, work groups and process improvement teams aimed at improving consumer experiences.

Serve as subject matter expert to address consumer experience insights with key stakeholders and drive action to continuous experience improvement.

**Requirements**

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

**Additional Preferences**

Service Recovery experience in healthcare

Change management and/or project management

Strong communication skills, equipped with listening and de-escalation techniques
