**-Full time Scheduler for Staffing Agency with an excllent Company!-**

**-Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency-**

-PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with the National Health Care Associates, Inc's network of nursing homes across the Northeast.-

-This is a Full-Time temp to perm position in a professional office environment.-

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.-

-Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff, while problem solving their staffing needs.-

-The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month).-

**-Primary Functions:-**

Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the Northeast.

Replace any callouts in the facility

Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

**What You'll Bring:**

**-Qualifications:-**

**Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience scheduling for RNs, LPN, and CNAs in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities.**

Exceptional customer service with strong oral and verbal communication skills;

Patience and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills;

Must work well in a team environment in a professional office
