**Shift** : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
**Location:** 7975 Lake Underhill Road, Suite 340, Orlando / will float to 133 Benmore Dr, Suite 200, Winter Park, FL two-three times per week

**The role you'll contribute:**
Performs a wide variety of professional nursing care activities and accommodates services for the physicians and the practice, following established standards, practices, policies and procedures. Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care. Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of professional nursing to provide ongoing patient care. Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence. Skill in developing and maintaining department quality assurance. Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of the policies, procedures, regulations of nursing programs and an effective supervisory technique(s).

Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
Supervises and participates in the provision of general nursing care activities.
Serves as liaison between staff and other areas within the facility at large, and as an advisor to other discipline.
Participates in clinical conferences, workshops, seminars, and related forums.
Triage calls and telephone encounters, schedule appointments, and manage/lead team to achieve metrics
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Current, valid Florida State of Board Nursing Registered Nursing License.
CPR Certified
**Preferred qualifications:**
two to four years of professional nursing experience; physician office preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Clinical knowledge in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
