Department/Unit Summary
Endoscopy currently provides care for a variety of patients that includes but are not limited to the following procedures:Esophagogastroduodenoscpy(EGD); Colonoscopy; Sigmoidoscopy; Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP); Bronchoscopy; and procedures for GI Bleeds. We run 1 to 2 rooms several days a week out of the Operating Rooms with a 1:1 ratio. What sets us apart from otherunits is the Teamwork Approach with all of us having the same goal of providing specialty care at your back door.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossessa nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor'sdegree preferred).Additionalrequirements include:
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support
* One (1) year Medical/Surgical experience preferred
* American Heart Association ACLS within6 monthsof hire
