Incentive Bonuses

Purpose:

Ensure respectful treatment of patients, clients, and family members. Provide leadership of the staff in the compassionate care of the patient/family unit.

Essential Duties:

Supervises Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and PCA/NA's while on duty. Will develop, motivate, and provide support and relief during nursing staff breaks.

Identify performance issues, discuss with the Director and assist in their resolution.

Creates plans of care and clinical solutions to patient problems using the nursing process and critical thinking skills.

complete and assist the Director in required training of staff and attends staff meetings.

Required Qualification:

Current license as a Registered Nurse and CPR certified.

Proficiency in Point Click Care software.

For purposes of effective communication with residents, families and staff must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write English.

Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 50 lbs and walk or stand up to eight hours.

Hourly Rate:

$30.50 - 33.69

Background Checks:

A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position. We are a drug free workplace.
