Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Albany. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting (specific area of care preferred).

CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
