Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a RN HR Wellness/Infection Control Nurse to join our talented team of clinical staff. Good Shepherd is a not for profit multi-level senior living facility.
Position Details
Monday- Friday 8-hour day shift; may provide after-hours Infection Control consultations
Position Summary
The HR Wellness RN will provide education, training, educational guidance and support to the facility. This candidate carries out facility initiatives in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations so as to promote the highest standards of quality and best practices in education and training. Perform or coordinate all employee COVID testing, infection control, physicals including Mantoux testing, flu shots, pre-placement, conducting and recording annual physicals, and return to work.

Position Requirements:
· Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices/procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to Long Term Care
· NYS RN license (Required)
