What you'll do: Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided. Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects
care administered. Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely. Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends
and holidays as scheduled. Effectively communicates to outgoing RN during shift change. Investigates resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to
bring it to resolution. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN or LPN) and licensed in MO. 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Current BLS/CPR
certification. Reliable transportation.
