Weare aspecialtycare hospital providingin-patientservices toindividualsinneedof ventilator/respiratory,endoflifecare,neuromuscular, Alzheimer's, and chronic selected candidate supervises and coordinates patient care staff and nursing care activities throughout the facility during an assigned shift for adult and/geriatricpatientsbygenerating nursingassignmentsand timeschedules. The NursingHouseSupervisor willassess compliance withJCAHOand facilitystandards,physicianordersand treatmentplansas wellasensuring continuity of care andcompletion ofNursingCare Plan (NCP). Theidealcandidate will havetwo(2) years'experienceas aregistered nursesupervisorand willcombine theknowledge,clinicalskills,andjudgment necessary to perform all nursing procedures asoutlined in the scope of practice. As a member of the nursing staff, the incumbent will assume expanded functions in the provision of services including compliance with JCAHO/facility standards, physician orders and individual care plans. *-PleaseNote:-***This position is 40 hours per week, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift and will share weekend/holiday coverage and other shifts as operationally needed.
