Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in creating a positive healthcare experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to interventions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the clinical environment

Support patients in managing their conditions and achieving their healthcare goals

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in New York

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree in nursing will be considered

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment
