Full-Time LPN - 60 Hours/Week - Knoxville, TN
Job Description:Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a full-time role with a consistent schedule? We have an opportunity for dedicated male or female LPNs in Knoxville, TN. This position offers 60 hours per week with a set Monday through Friday schedule, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining work-life balance.

Shifts:Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and assist with daily living activities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Tennessee.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
Provide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RN
Monitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
Monitor and record intake and output. Report significant changes immediately
Observe, assess and record patient's physical and mental condition and reports any changes
Administer medications as instructed and as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN and document the patient's file accordingly
Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings and in-service education programs as assigned
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standing
Previous private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing experience preferred
Active CPR certification
Familiarity with electronic health records
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
