Postdoctoral Associate : Youth Self-Driven Learning, Sense of purpose, and Well-being

Cornell University embraces diversity and seeks candidates who will contribute to a climate that supports students, faculty and staff of all identities and backgrounds. We strongly encourage individuals from underrepresented and/or marginalized identities to apply.

The Department of Psychology in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate for up to a 2-year period beginning fall 2022. The successful candidate will work on a currently

that account for positive outcomes among youth participating in it. Through a series of projects, we intend to clarify precisely why GripTape works, for whom, and what psychological and social factors optimize its impact.

For this project, we will conduct sound interdisciplinary research to ensure that our science informs organizations, public policy, education, and is communicated to the general public.

The successful applicant will collaborate an larger team of researchers to work to design studies, oversee data collection, management, and analysis, disseminate findings in scientific journals and at conferences.
