Responsibilities
Four years medical/surgical/critical care/PACU experience with minimally one-year pediatric experience, BSN degree, CPAN or Pediatric certification (preferred). Possess strong communication skills including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict. Able to show initiative and work as part of a team. Provide expert patient care and advanced assessment skills. Support a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to care. Respond to unit duties and responsibilities as needed.
**Qualifications**
Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $45.22 - $59.75
-The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.-

**Full/Part Time:**
**Schedule:** FT position, D/E/N, primarily D/E, 4-5 days/week, weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities per unit needs.
