BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a **Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required)** for our **Raleigh, NC Skilled Nursing** home care office. This office provides skilled care to both adult and pediatric clients in their home.

**Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:**
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit our skilled nursing clients and conduct assessments in **Raleigh, NC** and other surrounding areas.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise nursing staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
**Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:**
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.
Pediatric experience highly preferred
Trach/vent experience highly preferred or an interest in learning.
Supervisory experience preferred.
