Sunrise Manor, established in 1967, is a 137-bed facility that offers skilled, semi-skilled, rehab and Alzheimer care to local residents. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, in addition to other specialty care needs. The vision, to radically change the landscape of healthcare, forever. Overview
Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents' records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
How you Will make a difference
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
What you Need to make a Difference
Active nursing license (LPN).
Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.
