**Responsibilities:**
Assess patient's conditions
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms
Observe patients and record observations.
Administering medications
Recording and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Drawing blood samples as needed.
**Requirements:**
Valid LPN license
Valid RN license
Current TB Test & Physical
Mandatory Reporter Certificate is preferred, but we can help you obtain it.
Valid BLS certification
**Compensation and Benefits:**
LPN-$28+DOE
RN - $34+DOE
