Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a patient in their own home.
Opening 1: Pediatric
Patient is a 5 year old male with a gtube, seizures, and deaf located in Bel Air. Must have pediatric experience
Shifts are M-F 7a-3p, attends school, if no school you will work from the home
Every night 6:30p-6:30a
Opening 2: Adult
Patient is a 21 year old male with a gtube, quadriplegic, and bi pap via vent located in Abingdon
Shifts are M-F 7a-5p and Sunday 7a-3p
Does attend a day program, would ride bus

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
