**Education** Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Req **Experience** 6 Months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program Req **Licenses and Certifications** LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req **Skills** A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. **Supervision** Individual Contributor **ADA Requirements** Extreme Noise 1-33%
