Maxim Healthcare is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to a pediatric patient in the comfort of their own home in Miami . This position is perfect for nurses looking to ignite their career in pediatric nursing.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.

Training Opportunities:
Specialized training in Pediatrics available (no prior experience needed).
Training for care involving G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and TPN.
Responsibilities:
Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Deliver skilled nursing care in line with prescribed orders.
Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
Analyze data to inform nursing diagnoses and care planning.
Document care plans, diagnoses, outcomes, and nursing interventions.
Adapt care plans based on evaluations and patient needs.
Prioritize patient care needs and clinical judgment in evaluations.
Qualifications:
Active LPN/RN license in Florida or a compact/multistate license.
Valid BLS certification.
