We are currently seeking an Infection Control RN for our facility in the Newark, NJ area. Responsibilities:
Review and keep policies updated
Monitor and ensure infection prevention is being done
Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, coordinate and direct infection control program
Ensure facility follows current CDC, OSHA and local regulations
Assist in maintaining infection control precautions and aseptic techniques are followed
Experience:
Infection control in long term positions
Minimum three years of nursing experience
Familiar with long term care rules and regulations
Dealing with both state and federal regulations
Requirements:
RN licensure, B. S. preferred
Must understand infection control
Must understand the importance of vaccines
Additional Details:
Needs to be flexible, able to work core hours
Occasional weekend work may be required depending on needs
No on call responsibilities, unless there is an emergency
Very competitive hourly wage with benefits

**Pay Details:** $53.00 per hour
