ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Local Pay: $56 / hr
Travel Pay: $2,604 weekly
Job Type: 3x12 Night Shift
Contract: 13 weeks
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
May float to other units (within scope)
Perform assessments and interventions to stabilize critically ill patients.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in CA
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and MAB (or similar)
Covid-19 Vaccine/Booster
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
