**Qualifications for Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):**
Minimum one year work experience
Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
**Qualifications for Homemaker/Companion:**
Minimum one year work experience (does not need to be in health care)
**Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):**
Activities of daily living
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
Medication assistance
