HIRING - Licensed Practical Nurse
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse looking to impact one of New York's top healthcare organizations!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Locations Available: Long Island, NY
Shifts Available:
Full time opening 7am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday
Part time: Sunday and Monday 3pm-11pm
Part time: Every other weekend 11pm-7am
Part time: Sunday-Monday or Friday/Saturday 7am-3pm
Responsibilities:
Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily activities
Work cooperatively with other talented team members to support and care for residents
Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior
Work within the wellness department and care for patients
Document patient information within EMR system Point Click Care
Provide supervision to support staff
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in New York State
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care
Rehabilitation experience
Prefer experience supervising but open to individuals that are quick learners
Experience working with elderly population - clinical experience will be accepted
