**Avera is currently seeking a Flex Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.**

**Job Summary**
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing the RN is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services.
Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team.
Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations.
Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing.
**Education and/or Experience**
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Associates Degree is required.
3-5 years experience is required.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. (Offered on-site)
**Work Schedule**
Day/Night shifts; PRN
6:00 am - 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:30 am
6 weekend shifts per year
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$35.00 flat rate
