**Summary:**
Proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members. Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
* Required - 18 months RN Acute Care/Interventional/Procedural; Preferred - Cath Lab Admissions & Recovery experience; Preferred - Charge Nurse or Team Lead RN experience
**Education:**
* Required - BSN **or** BS Healthcare related field **or** if no Bachelor's, an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion. Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved BayCare Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.
**Credentials:**
* Required - BLS; Required - RN License; Required - ACLS; Required - Nurse Specialty Certification if no Bachelor's obtained
