HIRING - Licensed Practical Nurse
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse looking to impact one of New York's top healthcare Network. Our esteemed healthcare facility in New York is currently hiring LPNs for our long-term care unit!!!!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Brooklyn, NY OR Upper Manhattan, NY
Facility: Long-Term Care
Shifts Available:
Upper Manhattan Facility:
Day - 730am-330pm
Eve - 330pm-1130pm
Night - 1130pm-730am
Brooklyn Facility:
Day Shifts (6am - 2pm)
Evening Shifts (2pm-10pm)
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in New York.
Experience in long-term care preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of experience.
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care.
