The Physician position is located primarily in Honolulu but may include temporary short term travel to other Hawaiian Islands

The duties of the position will include but not limited to the following:

  1. Serve as a Primary Care Float Physician providing comprehensive outpatient care using the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model to a panel of patients whose Provider is temporarily unavailable
  2. Complete clinical reminders due at the time of visit. Assist in completing Environmental Agents Registry or New initial patient exams if demand dictates
  3. Interface with NONVA providers (DoD and Community) to insure smooth transitions in care
  4. Contribute to achieving Performance Measure clinical outcome targets in the area of access to care, quality of care, efficiency, process improvement, and patient satisfaction
  5. Prescribe medications, enter consults to specialty clinics utilizing electronic medical records system, and follow up on view alerts
  6. Practice in accordance with professional standards, core values and with a commitment to excellent service.
  7. Complete Environmental Agents Registry exams on a rare basis

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
