Overview
Assists in the implementation of a physical therapy treatment program.
Responsibilities
- Performs treatment of patients following program developed by a Physical Therapist.
- Documents treatment goals and patient's progress.
- Provides education/instruction to patients and families.
- Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, Professional Practice Committee, etc.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (AA degree).
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (AA degree). - New Hampshire licensure required. - BLS certification required.Don't meet every single requirement?
