Description
Fulltime intensivist position for day and night coverage for Mercy Hospital, a 300+ bed private community hospital in Miami, Florida. Located on Biscayne Bay, in Coconut Grove, minutes from the Brickell District and Downtown Miami, Mercy has 31 beds in 2 critical care units, with 60/40 medical/surgical mix. All major surgeries performed excluding trauma and transplants. Collegial and results-oriented working environment, with superb nursing and ancillary medical support. Critical care ARNP presence for day shifts. Strong support from consulting services. Multidisciplinary team setting. Sign-on and retention bonuses, moving expenses, and standard benefits including 401K, medical and dental plans, 3 weeks' paid vacation, and yearly educational stipend with paid educational days. Base salary starting at $195/hour, negotiable depending on experience and background. Productivity bonus structure can increase take home pay by 20% or more.
