Scrum Master
CPS Solutions, LLC
Home-based/Remote

As a full time, exempt Scrum Master on the Data Products team you will play a critical role in facilitating the Agile development process. You will ensure that the Scrum framework is implemented effectively, and promotes a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. This position may travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Must be able to work without sponsorship or restrictions, now or in the future
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Agile framework and its core principles
  • Track record for effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics development processes and methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products: MS Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Ability to travel away from home location up to 25% of time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the analytics team on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Ensures the team adheres to Agile practices.
  • Identify obstacles that hinder the analytics team's progress towards sprint goals.
  • Make recommendations to the analytics team and stakeholders for solutions to obstacles.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging open communication, transparency, accountability, and a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to the analytics team and stakeholders as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the Agile process and increase efficiency and quality of analytics development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
