- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts
- Physician must be able to work at least 7 shifts per month
- Average of 17 patients during day shift, average of 8 admits per night shift
- No ICU or procedures required but are preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
