- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Verification of highest level of education prior to first assignment and upon requalification
- Job Requirements
- Nursing position in the RN Labor and Delivery specialty
- Must complete primary source verification of professional license, Nursys, and/or certification, as required for the position within 30 days of start and upon expiration
- Proof of vaccine and 1 booster or exemptions must be submitted for approval
- Proof of 2 MMR immunizations, positive IGG titer, or booster or Declination accepted
- Onsite fit test with CHS on start date
- Proof of 3 Hepatitis B immunizations and positive antibody titer, or booster or Declination accepted
- Negative TB skin test, QuantiFERON Gold, or T-spot within 30 days of start. If Positive, must show proof of positive history, chest x-ray within last 5 years and annual TB Questionnaire thereafter
- Health Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start
- Proof of 2 Varicella immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted
- Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years or Declination accepted
- Resume or Profile required
- 2 Professional References, 1 minimum Supervisory required
- 7 year County, National Criminal Background Check, SSN Trace, Employment Verification, National Sex Offender, OFAC, and VSOP completed within 6 months of first assignment. Updated every 3 years thereafter
- Drug Screen must be within 30 days of start, updated annually
- Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description must match details from the order/assignment tab
- CHS Badge Photo required

- HLC Testing to be completed by Friday before Start. Candidates will be provided with Username and Password by CMC. A $300 stipend will be paid if confirmation is provided by Friday prior to start
