Job Details
• Peds Dialysis RN
• OH state or compact license in hand REQUIRED
• BLS Required
• Epic Experience Required
• Dialysis Experience Required
• Patient Ratio 1:2
• Provide hemodialysis treatments in chronic outpatient unit and acute services on inpatient units (such as PICU, NICU, BMT, etc.)
• Baxter/Gambro Phoenix Hemodialysis Machine - will train if not competent on this particular machine. But will need to have previous hemodialysis experience.

Schedule Information
• Mix of 6 hours (6:30am–1:00pm) and 10 hours (6:30-5:00pm). Weekend shifts may vary.
• On-call from end of shift (1pm or 5pm until the next morning at 6:30am).
• Approx 3 on call shifts per pay period (2 weeks)
• Call Requirements - 3 evenings/nights per pay period (2 week period)
